Search Queries
A name or case number entered into a search tool is sent to the third-party service operating that tool. That provider processes the request and returns its results. Webster County Court Docket does not keep or log the search terms entered through those tools on its own systems.
Messages and Contact Submissions
If you send a message to us, we retain it so that we can respond. We do not share a message outside our organization unless a legal obligation requires disclosure.
Data We Gather Automatically
When a page loads, servers may receive routine technical information about the visit, including:
- The IP address assigned to the device
- The browser and version in use
- The device type and operating system
- Pages viewed and the time spent on them
- The referring site, when one is supplied
- Page-view dates and times
Cookies and Analytics
Cookies are small files stored by a browser. They help measure site traffic and show which pages visitors use. Analytics services may aggregate that information. Browser settings can block cookies, although some site functions may work differently when cookies are disabled.

No Court-Record Data on File
Webster County Court Docket does not host, maintain, compile, or sell a database of court dockets or personal case-record information. The site provides general direction about records held by the Webster County Circuit Clerk, Stephanie Vestal, the Missouri Circuit Court, 30th Judicial Circuit, Webster County, and Missouri Case.net. It is not a consumer reporting agency under the Fair Credit Reporting Act, and it does not assemble visitor information into consumer reports or records about other people.
Third-Party Search Partners
Outside companies operate the search boxes on this site. Information submitted through one of those tools is governed by that provider's privacy policy, retention practices, and sharing rules. We do not control those practices. Review the provider's policy before sending a search request.
Links to Other Websites
The site links to clerk pages, court portals, Missouri Case.net, and other resources. A visit to an external site is governed by that site's own privacy policy. Review that policy before providing personal information there.
Advertising partners may also track activity across websites to provide targeted advertisements. Any such tracking occurs through their systems rather than ours.
Who Might See Your Data
We do not sell personal information. Information may be available to the following categories when necessary:
- Search partners that process a query submitted through their tool
- Analytics providers used to assess traffic and performance
- Advertising networks that place advertisements on the site
- Government or law-enforcement authorities responding to a valid legal order
How We Protect Your Data
We use standard safeguards intended to protect the information we collect. Internet-connected systems cannot be made completely secure, however, and we cannot promise that a breach will never occur.
Users Under 18
This resource is intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from a person under 18. If you believe a minor has provided information to us, contact us so that we can delete it.
Your Data Rights
Applicable law may provide rights concerning personal information. For court-record access, Missouri uses a different framework: the Missouri Sunshine Law, section 610.011, states a policy favoring public governmental records; section 610.023 addresses a custodian's action on a request; and section 610.026 addresses copy and clerical or research costs in that context. Court files also follow Missouri Court Operating Rule 4, which governs court automation, public access equipment, electronic record access, and confidentiality restrictions. Those provisions do not make a sealed or confidential court file public.
Where applicable, you may ask us to:
- Provide a copy of information we hold about you
- Correct information that is inaccurate
- Delete information we hold about you
- Stop certain data processing
